We are excited for an evening of worship and prayer. Enjoy an intimate night where we can sing, focus on God, and have a guided prayer time as we end prayer week.

Do you want to get to know our new worship leader better? Join us for Get to Know Ya Day. We will have snacks in the courtyard and it will be your chance to hear his heart and get to know him better.

Fall is here—a season of change. The leaves are turning, kids are back in school, and football’s on again. But more than that, it’s a chance to pause and celebrate what God is doing in our lives. And here’s the good news—it’s never too late to realign and step into something beautiful.

Life is full of noise, demands, and distractions pulling us in every direction—but what if we could live with greater focus and freedom? In our new series, “Undistracted,” inspired by Bob Goff’s book, we’ll discover how to clear away the clutter that keeps us from becoming who God created us to be. Together, we’ll learn how to let go of what doesn’t matter, lean into what does, and live with joy, purpose, and an undivided heart.

So come join us, bring a friend, and stick around after service for a potluck meal. Just bring something to share—we’d love to hang out with you!

Are you a football fan looking to show off your knowledge? Maybe you know nothing about football but would love to hang out to connect and build friends while learning about the sport. Join Encounter’s Fantasy Football League. You draft a team, start different players each week and if your players score more than your opponent, you win the week. Win enough weeks and you may go to our playoffs and win it all.

How has God designed you to make a difference? What is your purpose? Who do you have a passion to serve? All of these questions will be explored in “Love Out” as we learn others the way the God loves us.

We are so excited to celebrate Dad’s with church in the park once again! This is our first time since Covid shut everything down.

The church will provide the burgers. Please sign up to bring something so that we can have a great picnic after the service.

Please RSVP by June 11th so that we have an idea of how much food to purchase.

Encounter has made a commitment to serve the needs of those in our community, starting with our neighborhood and North High School. Please join us in an afternoon of prayer as we walk through our neighborhood praying for every home and around North praying for every student, teacher, faculty, and staff.

Grab your gloves. Put on your work clothes, We’ll be emptying out and rearranging rooms and doing yard work.

Encounter is doing a food drive to help support the LA Regional Food Bank in its service to the victims of the fires. Raid your pantry, shop at the store, ask a friend or neighbor to contribute but let's feed those in need. We invite you to help us make a difference by purchasing and donating canned food and dried goods.

We will be collecting the items after church on January 19th.
